Zulu Mkhathini Drops New Single ‘Manzi Phansi’ Featuring Naak & Zanda Zakuza

After going 2 for 2 with acclaimed singles, ‘Ngingozi’ featuring Professor and ‘Shayimoto’ with Zee Nxumalo, Zulu Mkhathini is back with a new banger titled ‘Manzi Phansi’ featuring Naak and Zanda Zakuza.

The single includes producer contributions from Bongs Da Vick, Humankind the Dj, Deep Narratives and some sensual keys from Spelete. 

Expanding on his new signature sound dubbed ‘KwaitoTech’, of which fuses elements of Kwaito, Amapiano and Afrotech, this particular record maintains a Jazzy, RnB feel through the accompanying piano that serenades from the beginning to the end of the song. It is enhanced with dramatic synths, edgy leads, sharp percussions, uplifting pads and a groovy log bass, and topped with catchy lyrics, a melodic chorus and fun-driven hook.

‘Manzi Phansi' serves as the third offering from Zulu’s upcoming solo dance project titled ‘Matariano’ which is set to drop later this year.
