Ma-E has been one artist that has spent the longest time in hiding from the music industry. His break has been one noticeable one as his impact on the music space is inevitable. His last initial release was 'Navigator' with K.O of which was a reintroduction of his brand as it was a totally different approach of his music style. The video was also shot in different places from when K.O had a gig internationally. This allowed the content to elevate to a different level.
Ma-E has since then went quiet and he is only seen or rather heard in the Skhanda World tape that dropped last year. This was when I knew that he is coming back. My assumption was then proven today as he announced the drop for his EP in late September today. He then also took the time to also announce the drop of the lead single, 'Namanje'. I am glad he announced his return to music as times haven't been the same since his sudden hiatus. The game could indeed use his rap flow and creative spark.
I best believe that the project will be an experimental project as many industry 'Cats' have evolved into the new sound and this is what's allowing them to further grow the demand for their craft.
