Mr Heinz is a talented Kaapstad artist that you must check out. He has been highly active in the CPT scene through his 10 Year relationship with the Y-Gen brand. His constant contributions to the Hip-Hop community in CPT have lead to various opportunities to be created. He has had the opportunity to record his debut album in the Y-Gen Studios as well as collaborate with various musicians from Cape Town. His aim is to influence the culture of Cape Town on an international scale through his Music. The album titled, 'The Republic Of GhamStad' was released on the 25th of March 2022 and it features a variety of Cape Town talents from the likes of, 'E-Jay CPT'; 'KashCPT'; 'Youngsta CPT'; 'Dee Koala'; 'Bravo Le Roux' and many more. The project composes of 12 songs that will take you on a personal journey of Mr Heinz's view of his community and life.
He recently teased the visuals for one of the singles from the album titled, 'KLOP' feat. 'Dee Koala' and 'Bravo Le Roux'. I am excited for the visuals to drop as the teaser showcases a storyline that one would definitely not want to miss.
