Khulane Morule better known as “Khuli Chana” is a South African Motswako rapper who started rapping at a very early age in his home town Mmabatho in the North West Province.
He was a member of a rap group called Morafe and went solo when the group decided to take a break from releasing music as a unit. His rise to fame came about when he released his first album “Motswakoriginator” in which South Africans got a taste of the musical genre called Motswako that infuses his home town language of Setswana and English in unique sounds and a notable musical style of arrangement.
Having been nominated as SA’s most Valuable Artist, and Video of the year award; his accolades are numerous including sharing a stage with Canadian rapper “Drake” and groundbreaking collabo’s with international brands such as “Absolut”… In this episode, we get to witness Khuli Chana’s special musical energy where his musicality shines bright as he gives us an electric performance with some of our favourite songs from his repertoire performed in a way that he has never done before with a live band alongside his musical brother KayGizm as they give us a rhythmically harmonious experience like no other…
