Serenita is another talented artist from the XCL$V Sound stable, who seem to have an ear for trap soul. Serenita's 'Feelings' hits the sweet spot of trap soul with a dark atmospheric vibe. I particularly love how her vocals were put together on the song. They sound kind of distant which add to the overall feel of the sound. I also love the way she approached the songwriting on 'Feelings'. She understood that she didn't have to do too much on the song. She found the perfect flow and that makes 'Feelings' sound like an extended chorus. The song runs for a rather brief 1 minute and 51 seconds so it's more like an interlude and I wish it was longer but at the same time, that has forced me to keep the song on repeat. I can't wait to hear more from Serenita and I trust she is in good hands.
