Seasoned rapper, Reason shared a touching birthday post on Wednesday expressing his gratitude for reaching another year after having to battle with himself for 3 years - hence the musical hiatus...

Reason also mentioned that, after his long meaningful conversation with musical producer, DJ Maphorisa, it has helped him see a new light and opened a path to bury his past for good. Following that post, the rapper shares a screen-recorded clip of the unreleased amapiano single that DJ Maphorisa shared on his IG Live last night, titled, "Khanda Shisa".

It seems like Reason is to explore his musical versatility by tapping into a new genre, which is very unusual to him. With the new music comes a new stage name or rather alter ego, which is now named, "Sizwe Alakine"..
