By @Nokulunga_Maqubela on 04/21/2020 in Watch

Fratpack, Tbo Touch, Lulo Cafe, DJ Kaymo, DJ Speedsta, and Hopemasta are among some of the people we can count from those who are from the Vaal. Now sitting at the top of the chain, Espiquet steps up to hold it down for the 016 city.

Joining Slikour for a Quarantine Interview right after celebrating his birthday and dropping a brand new song and set of visuals, the "Airplane Mode" song-maker, Espiquet steps in. Firstly schooling us on the Vaal street lingo, and then the Vaal culture, we get clued up. Revealing he's actually an RnB nigga, but is forced to rap because he's good at it, Espiquet lays some notes as he also talks about the influence Pop Smoke and drill music has had in his sound. Watch the interview below and let us know if you're feeling the singing Esiquet;
