This past weekend, South Africans celebrated and mourned the deaths of those who lost their lives years ago during the Soweto Uprising. Gigi Lamayne did her part in a way she knows too well, by spitting fiery bars representing the black youth of the country. The 1 Bar rapper is currently in EP mode as she promises her project to arrive on the 13th of July. Her June 16 freestyle is just short of a minute but packs punches as Gigi speaks about "the youth being lost within the times," and reminiscing on the good old days when life was much easier. I think she should keep these freestyles coming to build up to the project, what do you guys think?
