We finally get to see the visuals for Maglera Doe Boy's latest single, Bodega, which serves as the second offering after Plug Talk ahead of his upcoming project titled 2Player. The rapper along with his label, MyThrone Records, has been working tirelessly to help bring his ideas to life and this video shows just how they wanted to tell his story. As MDB describes it, Bodega (Spanish for a "grocery store") is a story of, "a young middle-class township boy inspired by a love for the Portuguese language and mixed-race women." The video was shot some weeks ago in the North West and finds the stylish MDB posted up next to a grocery store with his gang and later with a fly mammie by his side. We also get a cameo from Khuli Chana and Towdee Mac showing love to the young blood, shout out to Brian O'Haze for the direction.
MDB also just shared the tracklist for 2Player with guest features from Khuli, Apu Sebekedi, Ginger Trill, and Kaygizm to name a few. Check it out:
