With the title already suggesting that the track is a message to somebody, K Camp wastes no time to deliver some smooth and introspective lyrics about his current state and stage in the game. He raps over the laid back, distorted instrumental, talking about cutting people off because of their toxicity. To Whom It May Concern shows just how hard K Camp works and how far he's come to now, he delivers his lyrics with a confidence that shows that he definitely walks the walk without tripping. This sounds to me like an opening song to an album, K Camp last gave us an album in October 2017 and he might be ready to release another one - look out!
