The realest, Swizz Beatz, is in town for the Bacardi Holiday Club this weekend and he didn't waste any time in getting into the groove of things here at home. Of course, as soon as you land you have to refresh so that's what the brother did by getting a clean hair cut before heading out to visit some art studios.
A firm lover of art, Swizz Beatz has been a fan of Nelson Makamo's work after Black Coffee introduced him to his work some time last year and it was a perfect opportunity to meet him and see more of his work since he's in the country. After his daytime rounds, which included getting some fresh gear from the internationally acclaimed Maxhosa by Laduma, he hit the club with Coffee in the company of Cassper Nyovest and the Major League DJz to get a glimpse of what our night life is like. Needless to say, he will never forget the experience. I suspect he might just extend his stay. You can catch the GOAT live at the Bacardi Holiday Club, in Balfour, tomorrow playing at 22:00.
