It's not often that the dream of an African child is realised and manifested to levels beyond even their own initial imagination. That is fast changing though, 'cause our generation of dreamers is strong and resilient.
Slikour Onlife started 4 years ago with a camera phone filming artists back stage. When we knocked on doors with this crazy idea, we were often turned down 'cause naturally, no one can truly comprehend a vision like the man who sees it vividly in their mind. That did not stop us though, we kept going with the little that we had and we made it work. 4 Years later, we have forged so many roads, open our own doors, and have even broken into some fields by entering through the backdoor. Yes it was hard, and still is, but we have YOU now. You support us by tuning in, engaging, asking questions and adding to our growth (not forgetting the occasional hate too). To the clients who trust us with their reputable brands, thank YOU. To the artists who call us up first to break a song, do an interview, or just drop an artwork, thank YOU. To the Onlifers, this whole train is meaningless without you on board. In fact, there is no train without YOU. Happy birthday to us, and thank you for rolling with us all these years. Happy SOL Friyay!
