Thuli P has officially confirmed the release date of her debut EP titled AVANA, marking a significant milestone in her growing musical journey. The announcement was made on her social media platforms, where she shared a brief message.
In her post, she wrote, “Eyes… the pathway to the soul. AVANA EP – 22/01/‘26 (on my birthday)”, revealing both the theme behind the project and the sentimental timing of its release.
AVANA is scheduled to arrive on 22 January 2026, aligning with her birthday, a detail that has added a personal touch to the rollout of the project. The EP will consist of five tracks in total, making it her first full body of work since stepping into the music scene. Though this is her debut project, Thuli P has already introduced listeners to parts of the EP through two earlier releases.
The first of the already-released songs is “Hai Suka”, a track that has helped establish her sound and presence in the industry. The second pre-released single, “Kube Kuya Ngam”, continued to build momentum around her upcoming project, giving audiences a sense of the emotions and direction shaping the EP.
With two tracks already in public circulation, the remaining three songs on the EP are set to complete the full picture of AVANA. These unreleased titles include “Bantu Abadala”, “Molo”, and “No Need To Suffer”. Together, the five-track list reflects a blend of themes and expressions that Thuli P has been crafting during the build-up to her first official release.
Her statement referencing eyes as “the pathway to the soul” hints at elements of storytelling and emotional depth that may be explored across the EP.
With AVANA marking her first ever EP and her first major release, the upcoming drop stands as an important step in her artistic development.
With the release date confirmed and anticipation steadily growing, AVANA is set to mark the beginning of a new chapter for Thuli P as she prepares to share her debut project with audiences at the start of 2026.
