In a candid conversation on My Audio Journal with Pamela Mtanga, Nasty C reflected on his biggest career highlight being building a relationship with American hip-hop legend T.I. “Number one has to be the whole T.I thing cause he’s the reason I started music,” Nasty C said. “Now he's a fan of mine, we've met, we've built a relationship, I could call this guy right now, his son is also a friend of mine right now.” He recalled how T.I supported him during his album launch in Atlanta, saying, “T.I basically lent me his venue, he was just like ‘yeah, use my traphouse,’ the legendary traphouse… that's just like insane.” What once seemed impossible became reality, as Nasty C remembered, “When I used to speak about making songs with him one day, people would call me crazy.”
