Nyiwa Set to Drop Debut Album ‘Of The Soul’ at the Top of 2026

Nyiwa is set to release his debut sonic album Of The Soul at the beginning of 2026. The forthcoming project represents a defining moment in his creative journey, bringing together a collection of concepts shaped around ego, love and self liberation. Designed as an introspective yet dynamic experience, the album invites listeners to move through the emotional layers that inform its narrative.

Crafted through a fusion of Amapiano, RNB, House and Hip Hop, Of The Soul forms a sound Nyiwa identifies as AfroSoul. This blend functions as the foundation of the project, combining rhythmic movement with atmospheric depth. The leading single from the album is titled VEZA and features South African artist Mxolisi Lokwe, known as MXO. The single’s concept is rooted in the ego chapter of the album.
