The VMAs were last night and we got to see some pretty dope performances and some shade being thrown here and there, not to mention Hip Hop winning big on the night with King Kendrick sweeping most of his nominations, making him the most triumphant for the night. K.Dot won six awards for the night, that's an award for Video Of The Year, Best Hip Hop, Best Cinematography, Best Direction, Best Art Direction and Best Visual Effects (might be because of the burning hair scene); all for his smash hit, Humble.
Other Hip Hop Wins include Logic's Black SpiderMan, Immigrants (We Get the Job Done) by The Hamilton Mixtape and Big Sean's Light which were all nominated for the Best Fight Against The System category. The Lil Uzi Vertical got himself a Song Of The Summer award for XO Tour Llif3, Kanye West bagged an award for Best Choreography for Fade and Young Thug's Wyclef Jean got Best Editing. It was a glorious occasion, congratulations to all the winners.
