Eastern Cape-bred musician, Tae Africa celebrates his 30th birthday with a new Hip-Hop track titled '3rd Floor'.
The release serves as a point of introspection as Tae Africa reflects on his journey of growth, maturity, and religion. He further expresses his gratitude towards the quality of life, his son, brotherhood, and unity as it is within those aspects of his life that he continues to strive for the best version of himself each day.
'3rd Floor' is written in the form of a diary entry which further emphasises the connotations linked with Hip-Hop artists as some have found themselves behind bars and some have found themselves in the most ridiculous and stressful situations that may hold them back for years to come. It is accompanied by an easy-watch visualiser to best detail the importance of life and self-love.
The single serves as the first of many as Tae Africa prepares for the release of his upcoming project, 'Finally Found The Words', slated for February 2025. The project will be led by a stellar love letter titled 'uMsasazi' which will drop on January 31st.
