L-Tido Drops A New Episode With Prince Kaybee

By @Okayswisher on 06/06/2024 in News

Prince Kaybee made his first appearance on the L-Tido podcast. He wasted no time going into the drama of the things asking L-Tido what happened to Hip-Hop. Laughingly L-Tido would shrug off the jab and go into the current state of Hip-Hop. "Do you think you let Hip-Hop down?" Tido would confidently answer no. "I feel like Hip-Hop needs to be alive in all avenues whether it's media or the music. Me doing this I am also capturing Hip-Hop stories."

Prince Kaybee would detail the period of his life when he dropped out of school in grade 11. Making a girl pregnant too. He was in Botshabelo at the time. When he decided to leave home and live around the streets. After grinding hard he would finally be able to leave the streets, get into the level he is at, and buy a house for his mom.

He would speak on his faith and then move on to address NaakmusiQ and his petty nature. Speaking on the beef he had with Black Coffee. Prince Kaybee would dig deeper into his grudges from the past, touching on Dj Maphorisa exploiting artists. "Talking about Phori, how do you feel about Amapiano?" Prince Kaybee would say that the genre is unorthodox and sophisticated at the same time however he would never jump into doing it. Even though it is an amazing genre.
