Today marks 10 years since the official release of Cassper Nyovest’s breakthrough hit, ‘Doc Shebeleza’.
The Hip-Hop giant took to socials to triumph and express his gratitude for this milestone.
“Today marks 10 years of this song. I was a wild young man. God has moulded me and kept me in his grace. All the glory to God. I’m blessed, grateful and truly humbled by your support,” he wrote.
Nyovest went on to affirm that the next decade will be more “meaningful, spiritual and monumental.”
‘Doc Shebeleza’, released in January 18th, 2014 is housed on Cassper Nyovest’s debut studio album, ‘Tsholofelo’.
The official music video for ‘Doc Shebeleza’ has amassed over 4.8 million views on YouTube and over 720K streams on Spotify to date.
