Rising SA Hip-Hop and R&B musician, Merdi has started the year with a bang having released her full body of work titled ‘Melodies of Growth’ on January 5th.
This is an Afro-Pop album that showcases Merdi’s versatility as an emerging artist. Comprising of seven tracks, the album kicks off with ‘Feeling Boerd,' a lively and infectious track that sounds much like the opposite of the title with its groovy and catchy beats, setting an energetic tone for the entire project.
In line with its title, the album focuses on self-introspect and personal growth.
