2023 was a productive and progressive year for singer and actress, Zimkitha as she got to lend her voice on multiple projects such as 'PEOPLE FORGET TO BE PEOPLE' by Wordz and 'DILO TLHKANA' by Bugzito as well as her very own consistent 'R&B Fridays' where fans got to witness new music from her every Friday for a solid month. Fans got to consume singles such as 'Fireplace', 'Coffee Place'. 'Thoughts', 'Stuck In Limbo', 'Ndinovalo', 'Do We Stand A Chance?', 'Grown', 'Sweet Agenda' and 'Do You Believe In Love?'.
She now returns with a brand new single titled 'Smoke Signals' with Wordz, a love story of two potential lovers struggling with acting on their true feelings for one another.
Although they continuously express their inner thoughts to one another through casual dates, they still struggle with initiating what truly belies inside their hearts. This though leads to them wondering if whether what they are seeking for can truly be found in each other or if whether they can provide each other with what they are in need of.
Leaving you with one honest question, how much are you willing to give up to switch up the frequency of your relationship or are you just going to stand and stare at the smoke signals?
The single is a full-on representation as to what fans can truly expect from her debut album which is set for potential release in the first quarter of the year.
