South African Hip-Hop artist, DJ Fae Fae has sent many on a frenzy with her recent announcement on the much-anticipated SA Hip Hop Picnic set to take place at Hercus Leaf in Sandton on Wednesday, December 13.
Fuelled by her renewed passion for SA Hip-Hop, DJ Fae Fae has decided to create an experience for Hip-Hop fans to come together. Her vision for an exclusive Hip-Hop music-only pool party stems from the love she rekindled for Hip-Hop during Back To The City.
The event aims to celebrate the genre in its purest form, fostering an environment where artists can share their unreleased tracks and DJs can play their own beats.
"Since Back To The City I’ve just fallen in love with SA hip hop all over again I’m throwing a hip hop music ONLY pool party this summer. Artists must bring USBs and press play unreleased DJs must come play their own music. Hip Hop Fela!" she penned.
