South African rapper IMP THA DON has dropped his latest Hip-Hop/Rap project tagged, ‘CHAMPION SPIRIT: BANGERS BEFORE THA ALBUM’.
This is a 10-track project that speaks to those who navigate life's ups and downs while maintaining a steadfast mental strength. In a society that often emphasises success without acknowledging the struggles behind it.
“This is for all the people that go through life’s ups and downs and still remain on top of their game, mentally. For every “No” you get , you come back wiser and much stronger. THAT IS A CHAMPIONS SPIRIT,” IMP THA DON wrote on his socials.
IMP THA DON captures the essence of a champion's spirit, where setbacks are not roadblocks but opportunities for growth in songs such as, ‘CHAMPION SPIRIT’, ‘WE GOOD’ and ‘BOHLOK’’.
The last track, ‘LEGENDE (R.I.P JABBA)’ pays tribute to the Motswako fallen star HHP, questioning in his lyrics, “Will I be remembered as a legend?” like Jabba was.
