K.Keed and Orish have finally dropped their eagerly awaited joint mixtape, ‘uMgaranto’.
The 7-track oeuvre includes contributions from Dee Koala, SimulationRxps, BhutLegend and Bravo Le Roux.
Earlier this week, K.Keed and Orish unveiled the official cover art and tracklist for the project. They shared that the cover art was inspired by an old South African TV show, YOTV Land’s ‘Gundi noMazwi’ which aired on SABC 1 when they were kids. According to the rappers, the TV show which was also notable for its valuable teachings is what the concept of ‘uMgaranto’ is based on.
The pair dropped three lead singles ahead of the tape, ‘Amaxabiso’, ‘Bonkers’ and ‘Goduka’ featuring Dee Koala. ‘Bonkers’ is accompanied with a searing visualiser.
