The leader of new-school Xhosa rap, Yanga Chief celebrates new accolades by bagging 3 plaques on the evening of his birthday celebration.
Sony Music Africa awarded Yanga Chief with a certified platinum plaque for his highly acclaimed single, ‘Utatakho’ and a gold plaque for ‘200’ off of his 2019 project, ‘Becoming A Pop Star’. He also received a gold plaque for his 2021 single ‘Ntoni Na’ featuring Blxckie and 25K.
