Chicastro releases his Electronic debut album and first offering of the year titled, ‘Owengoma’.
This comes a year later after his introductory EP ‘Gentle Grooves’. Released in September 2022, Chicastro was building up towards his debut album ‘Owengoma’. A blend of electrifying Afrotech sounds with an African traditional fusion, with renowned guest vocalists to bring about this solid album.
An opening intro is ‘Makasana Anthem’ which translates to “Township anthem”, a strong blend of groove and crowd chanting cheering for Chicastro.
