Ason Returns With New Single ‘Rush’

Emerging multi-talented artist, Ason returns from a two-year hiatus of releasing music with his latest single, ‘Rush’.

During the hiatus, Ason has been able to experiment and expand his sound through various collaborations with the likes of Maglera Doe Boy, Flow Jones Jr. and others,

‘Rush’ is a song about feeling present in the moment of a good time. Making sure to feel and see everything while it’s happening live.

In a pre-interview Ason gave insight on the inspiration behind the song.

“I made the song right after a house party I threw, and it had all my favourite things, so I wanted to capture that feeling into a sonic right away,” he shared. “The 808s and melodies are just so beautiful that you’re immersed into a world right when you hear the first note. It’s amazing. It’s pretty girl music really. That’s who I make music for anyways. I try to Invoke a “future nostalgia” for whoever listens to it.”
