Young Stunna has officially announced the forthcoming release of his sophomore album. Ahead of the project, Stunna will be releasing his lead single titled ‘uNonkosi’. The official cover art is yet to be unveiled.
Young Stunna shared a heartwarming message leading to the announcement of which he paid homage to Kabza De Small for the major impact he has had on him and his musical journey since 2021; the year he released his debut album, ‘Notumato’.
“Kabza De Small is a huge blessing to me I don’t wanna lie. Taught me a lot and that’s why I’m still taking care of this gift, the right way. “Indlela Ibuzwa kwabadala””, he wrote.
Young Stunna went on to express gratitude to Kabza De Small for giving him his breakthrough single, ‘Adiwele’ which appears on his award-winning album, ‘Notumato’.
“He gave me the first best offering, I didn't know what was going to happen.”
‘Adiwele’ became number 1 across South African radio with a total 23.4 million impressions and surpassed 12 million streams on Spotify to date.
In the caption, Young Stunna describes his upward trajectory and summarises his musical journey ever since dropping his first album. He gives credit to his team and assures his supporters that he will continue to make “meaningful music that won’t die” and “give this his all”.
