Wordz’s eagerly anticipated album, ‘People Forget To Be People’ which was slated for Friday, June 7th was delayed due to “unforeseen circumstances” according to the artist. The project was made available solely on YouTube and this led to an outrage amongst fans.
In the late afternoon yesterday, Wordz shared a tweet addressing the delay of the release. He expressed that the situation was beyond his control and plead with fans to be patient. Fans however, did not take it lightly.
Moments after the official release of the project, 'People Forget To Be People' began to gain critical acclaim on social media. Fans began to share their favourite songs on the project as well as features. One mutual favourite so far is his fouth single on the project, 'Barker Haines' featuring Maglera Doe Boy and Mochen. Most fans seem to be in mutual agreement that this body of work was undeniably worth the wait!
