Joy Bumble Drops His Debut Song ‘Ratatouille’ Featuring Ewiva!

The inspiration behind the name ‘Ratatouille' stems from the emerging artist, Joy Bumble whose belief is that, like a master chef, he has the ability to curate a diverse range of musical flavours and create a harmonious masterpiece.

An energetic feel-good song that puts one in a dancing mood with an element of Pop sound.

“I wanted a name that would reflect my vision of blending various styles and influences to deliver a truly unique experience for my listeners,” says Joy Bumble. 

He continues: “Ever since I first heard the infectious beat of ‘I Just Wanna Rock’, I knew deep down that I wanted to create a Jersey Club song that would make people dance. It ignited a fire within me, fuelling my desire to craft a track that could capture that same energy and bring it to the South African music scene. ‘Ratatouille' became my canvas to paint a sonic portrait that would get bodies moving and hearts racing.”

To bring this vision to life, he teamed up with producer, Ezechiel Dalton. 

In addition to his own clean and melodic vocals, he sought to collaborate with an artist who could add a distinct flavour to the track, which is Ewiva from Cape Town. 

“‘Ratatouille' is not just another song to me; it's a representation of my personal and musical growth," Joy Bumble said.
