DJ and Radio host, SUPTA signs a deal with Warner Music Africa (WMA) and is set to release his first single this Friday, July 7th.
Following his latest EP ‘Ntinga Ntaka’, SUPTA will release his first single for 2023 ‘Emathandweni’ featuring long-time collaborators Thalitha and Jim Mastershine. The Afrotech tune is a futuristic Xhosa love song that precedes ‘Khuleka’ with singer Basetsana (Master KG). ‘Khuleka’ is a reimagination of Josh Groban’s classic ‘Remember When It Rained’ and touches on SUPTA’s dedication to making music that inspires his fans. The song is already making waves on TikTok amassing views of over 617K (See posts Here and Here).
On his signing with WMA SUPTA shared: "I’m looking forward to it. I’ve been making music for quite some time and for the first time, I feel at home."

The upcoming EP is slated for release in the year's second half and will feature some of SUPTA’s long-lasting collaborators including Peekay Mzee, Thalitha and Jim Mastershine, Basetsana, and a surprise feature.
