Following his gradual return to music in 2022 with his full-length project, ‘Namanje & Forever Ever’, Ma-E has released his first single of the year titled ‘Lento’ featuring Bospianii.
‘Lento’ is an introduction to a new sound that Ma-E has been working on for the past two years where he infuses Jazzy Afro-beats with Amapiano and Rap. This is heard through the well-arranged guitar and saxophone that complements the hook and verse.
The song is a reintroduction to the Ma-E brand as it serves as his first single under his own label.
Ma-E has understood the importance of storytelling as he details the life of an individual that loves the streets and the dangers that come with it but because he is loved by the people in the streets, he remains safe.
