Berita Goes International With Her New Single 'Body'

Following the success of her previous release, 'Peace of Mind', multi-award-winning singer and songwriter, Berita pours her heart again on 'Body'.

'Body' is an afrobeat song that exudes positive vibes with the warmth of Berita’s voice and it is her first international single release. The platinum-selling singer has had a really beautiful journey with lots of hits and is now a renowned singer in Southern and East Africa.

As announced in an interview on Podcast & Chill with MacG, Berita is taking her brand and music to the international scene thus her partnership with Germany-based record label, Kamè Entertainment. In the interview, she also mentioned that her goal has always been breaking South Africa and then Europe. With South Africa now ticked, Body marks the beginning of her European journey.

The modern and rhythmic afrobeat song was recorded both in Hamburg and Johannesburg and produced by beat lovers, Zillin and Kwaku. 

Berita describes the single as a fun outgoing anthem inspired by the feeling of infatuation and playful lust between lovers. The infectious hook celebrates intimacy and describes the feeling of being caressed and wanted by your lover.

The single has been released and is available on all music digital stores.
