From her collaborations to her solo, love seems to be the recurring theme for rising songstress Mashudu. Who has recently released her latest single, ‘Kwalula’ featuring Soa Mattrix, Happy Jazzman and Faith Strings.
On her first foray, 'Kwalula', Mashudu as a lead artist pens a song about reciprocal love.
“I wrote Kwalula from a space of love... a space where you love someone and feel free to fully open up to them emotionally and mentally, making it easy to love them because they can relate to your challenges and struggles on many levels,” Mashudu states.
The Amapiano song has a laid-back and relaxing vibe that immediately draws listeners in with Mashudu’s soulful vocals. Soa Mattrix and Happy Jazzman add their signature touch to the song, while Faith Strings provides the perfect backdrop with her beautiful strings.
