Fresh off his upcoming album, Kimosabe teams up with frequent collaborator and brother ByLwansta on his new single titled 'Purple', set to drop this Friday, May 5th.
The samba-infused R&B/Pop banger was produced by Kimosabe, citing 'the desire to travel' as his biggest inspiration.
"I wanted to create something that evokes happiness for a change - I think I've got the sad stuff down pact", he says of the composition process.
Lyrically, the pair explore the idea of finding one’s happy place, in whatever shape that may take.
“It’s about celebrating whatever or whoever makes you happy, and just meditating and focusing on that”, states Kimosabe on the lyrical content.
