It was just last year when Uncle Waffles graced us with her debut EP 'Red Dragon'. The EP featured a total of 4 songs which of coursed introduced us to her hit single 'Tanzania' which went on to trending all over social media. This lead to the release of her first ever music video for 'Tanzania' which trending for over 3 weeks on YouTube leading to a total of '2.2 Million' views. She now chose to celebrate the project's milestone with the release of her lead single 'Yahyuppiyah’ which also lead to a co-sign from the legendary Missy Elliot on Twitter. This is major as it is not everyday where your globally recognised icon shows your work love.
The debut EP turns one today which is of course to be followed by the release of her 2nd EP titled 'Asylum' tomorrow. Congratulations to Uncle Waffles and her team for reaching this great milestone and attaining all the recognition and opportunities towards the brand.
