Would it be too soon to call Uncle Waffles a global superstar, well I think not as she has continuously shown us the heavy impact she has across the globe through her unique performance style and aesthetic. She has flown both the Swaziland and South African flags across many major international stages that many South African DJs and Amapiano artists are yet to touch through her magical experience she brings with her that many fans in many countries wish to be apart of.
It was only last year when Uncle Waffles blessed us with her debut project, 'Red Dragon' which featured her hit single 'Tanzania' alongside spotlighting up and coming producers and vocalists such as 'DJ Stresser', 'Yedda', 'Boi Bizza', 'Given Kau' and 'Tony Duardo'. The project has since received major love from many fans across the country and continent which inspired her to release the visuals for 'Tanzania'.
She now returns with exciting news for her fans as she announced the release of her 2nd project titled, 'Asylum'. This body of work is set to drop on the 31st of March which is the day after the 1 year anniversary of 'Red Dragon'. The announcement is made with an eye catching art work which you can check out below.
