East Rand-born singer-songwriter Vuyina just released a new single to her upcoming debut album. ‘Sabela’ is a spiritual anthem about relying on and asking a higher power for guidance.
‘Sabela’ is the second single from Vuyina’s upcoming debut album dropping some time this year. The song was produced by PLXYGRND and Murphy Cubic. The song follows ‘Uthando’ which was released last year and features Skhandaworld signee Loki.
In 2022, Vuyina appeared on K.O’s SR3 on the song ‘HATE LUV’, a song about GBV, where she delivers an emotional R&B hook. She also has two additional writing credits on the project.
Vuyina has been hard at work in the last few years, and we have no doubt this year will be a great one, especially after she drops her debut album. She seems to have found her sound, which blends soulful vocals with production that leans towards new age Afro-pop and Afro-soul.
