Idols has served as a household show for many families since its first episode in 2002. The show has been airing for over 21 years and has managed to produce talents such as Paxton, Khaya Mthethwa, Musa Sukwene and much more. Idols has contributed towards many memories from laughter based on Rendall's comments to joyous memories based on the road to the finale. The show has officially come to an end as they announced the last season of the year.
It has indeed been a good run as we have experienced the good as well as the bad with the idols crew. We have seen the change in judges to the returning contestants in new seasons. It has opened up a lot of doors for many as the likes of Amanda Black received a recording deal whilst on the show.
We cannot wait to see what other musical shows are to be presented after season 19 as they plan to close off the show with the best roster of judges. We definitely trust and believe that the show will be closed off with a bang. What were your favourite moments from this historical show?
