Dan Duminy takes a deep-dive into matters of the heart as the musician teamed up with Nasty C to deliver his latest single, 'Let Me Down'.
It has been over two months since Dan Duminy took to socials to announce the collaboration with Nasty C. He finally confirmed the official drop of the single and its accompanying visuals with a teaser earlier this week. Dan Duminy expressed a sorrowful perspective over the upbeat instrumental, and Nasty C came through with an emotional lyrical performance.
In the visuals, Dan performs the heartbreak song outdoors, in bright, natural surroundings, flashing back to what you can presume is the topical relationship. In a contrasting setting, Nasty C raps his verse holding a bouquet of roses in a dark, enclosed space.
The pair created a tuneful record overall as they placed autotune over their voices and the instrumentation used in the beat made what is a sad song through its lyrics, a fun listen all in all.
