@NOTBENJAMIN_'s 'NOTBENJAMIN & FRIENDS' Tape Turns 1

It was just a year ago when NotBenjamin released his 24 Track project titled 'NOTBENJAMIN & FRIENDS' featuring the likes of ASON, J Molley, Money Badoo, Espiquet and more. The Hip-Hop project united all ends of South Africa with K.Keed and KashCPT representing Cape Town and Blxckie representing Durban as well as Espiquet and CYE representing the Vaal. It showcased a variety of Hip-Hop sounds as NotBenjamin infuses a bit of Rock and Upbeat instruments into some songs on the project such as 'SAY IT 2 MY FACE', 'AINT THE SAME' and 'BENZ'. 

Each song came with it's own vibe as the core intention was to get you rockin throughout the project and imagining yourself in a very lit environment. This project followed the launch of his annual Hip-Hop event, 'StreetFest' as it united the culture of Hip-Hop amongst artists from across the country. We have seen acts such as 'A-Reece', 'Priddy Ugly' and many more great acts headline the event. This has given the wider audience the greatest experience right in the hub of street culture.

This project honoured that as it represented all types of artists from singers to rappers as you find the likes of KashCPT as well as Nalu and Ason gracing us with dope hooks and verses amongst many others. NOTBENJAMIN has since grown to greater heights as he worked hard to build his name and has become a well respected member in music community. This project was only the start to many other great things and sounds as the project turns one today.
