'Iy'ntsimbi Zase Envy' By @MadlisaReece And @DerealZuma Reaches Multi-Platinum

By @OfentsePhukubye on 11/30/2022 in News

This year has to be a very huge year for Amapiano acts as they keep bagging in deals and major achievements. The Amaroto duo have grown in numerous ways possible as they received a deal with Sony Music Africa early this year as well as being featured on the 'Boiler Room' platform by Ballantines. They are back this week to celebrate yet another achievement as their Summer Hit 'Iy'ntsimbi Zase Envy' has reached Multi-Platinum status meaning that the single has been streamed over 13 Million Streams.

This is a major achievement as it becomes their first ever Multi-Platinum selling record of which I believe will be leading to more. The single is extracted from their 2021 EP 'Ama Roto, Vol. 2 (Kwaito Edition)'. This project showcased a different side of the collective as they sampled their favourite acts such as Brown Dash and many more. They had the whole of South Africa moving to this anthem in December whether it be at a Club or a Party, the certified single found a way on many sets of DJs.

Congratulations to the Amaroto collective and their team as they worked really hard and are highly deserving of this certification. We cannot wait to see many more achievements being attained by them soon.

In the meantime, you can continue streaming the project below:
