@peacebeyondme Announces The Release Date For His Debut Album 'Better Late Than Never'

By @OfentsePhukubye on 10/24/2022 in News

It has been over 4 Years since the initial discovery of 'The Big Hash' on SoundCloud through his debut EP 'Life + Times of a Teenage Influence'. The EP lead to his big breakout as many were not really too familiar with the sound he was invested into. We were more or less still in love with the 'rage' sound as numerous groups such as 'Treehouse' alongside artists like Gator and Patrickxxlee were at their highest peaks to a point where we never really could predict the shift in the sound that The Big Hash put us on.

The tape went on to making The Big Hash a household name as many artists in the game backed up the fellow young talent. He received a co-sign from Riky Rick of whom gave him his first 'Back To The City' Festival stage performance as he brought him out to perform his infamous single, '8578' as well as 'Jimmy Choos' and their collaborative effort 'Dark Horse'. They then followed the single with a Music video of which received heavy love from the industry to an extent where he was booked every month and could afford to work with any Hip-Hop artist at the time.

He went on to become the superstar he truly is as he worked with the likes of A-Reece and Flvme alongside Frank Casino as well as hosting his own 'Mansion Parties'. The kid was high in demand and without a doubt shook the game like he was meant to as he also utilised his platform to put on other artists such as ex-label mate, 'Popsnothefather' as well as industry mates 'Malachi' and 'Elizee' although they were already leading the 'SoundCloud' wave, they lead the way that many artists should initially follow.

Time then flew by and The Big Hash released his highly anticipated 'longform' project, 'Young'. I remember it was high in demand as many individuals thought it was an album (Including myself) until he clarified that it is a mixtape. This mixtape went on to making commotion in the industry to an extent it created opportunities or rather gaps for artists that can both rap and sing to unify that element. The tape has to have received the best rollout at the time as he got to host an intimate live session at the 'SABC' studios of which allowed 'The Big Hash' to hit the radio waves like there is no tomorrow with his hit single 'Circles'. This then created an open opportunity for Moralle from 'Clout Cassette' as he got to create stellar visuals for the single of which then allowed him access to many other artists that he went on to shoot and edit for.

After sometime, The Big Hash then released a follow up to his debut EP as a substitute to his forthcoming Album but due to numerous issues with the label, he went on to becoming independent of which stalled the release of his album because he had to press the restart button. Things were never the same as 'The Big Hash' had to take a different direction to refine his sound. This delay then granted 'The Big Hash' time to grace us with another tape titled 'Aries' of which fed our appetite just until he releases his debut album.

It is with high excitement that I announce the official date for his Debut album 'BETTER LATE THAN NEVER' as it has been long overdue. The album is due to drop on the 18th of November of which I am excited for as he has elevated his musical approach since his departure from his then stable, 'Innanetwav'.
