@Nasty_CSA Drops Highly Anticipated 'Ivyson Army Mixtape' With Visuals For 'Extravagant' Feat. @CaseKlowzed1of1

By @OfentsePhukubye on 09/16/2022 in Projects You Should Hear

Nasty C is back to top the charts again with his latest offering, 'Ivyson Army Mixtape' of which is a celebration gift to all of his fans that supported him on the 'Ivyson Army Tour'. In this project he features a variety of artists from 'Nadia Nakai' to 'Blxckie' alongside 'Emtee', 'Tellaman' and 'Case-Klowzed', just to name a few. The 10 Track project showcases a variety of experimental sounds by Nasty C as well as new talent on the tape.

I remember when I first received the opportunity to listen to the tape and I was honestly blown away by the writing skills of the artists on the tape as they all played a vital role to making the tape what it is. Although two amazing singles such as 'Driver' and 'Convo' were not included in the final project, it still is an amazing project.

The mixtape marks as Nasty C's first initial body of work for the year as it has been 2 years since he released a project of this calibre, I am referring to 'Zulu Man With Some Power' of which attained numerous achievements and quite big numbers as he worked with numerous talents from all over the world and this allowed him to expand his brand to numerous places as well as finding himself in spaces with his 'idols' or rather his 'role models'.

He has since been giving us stellar singles during the duration of him working on the tape as well as amazing experiences as he recently just got off tour and is now gearing up for another one and all I can say is that it will be different. This year we get the opportunity to understand Nasty C from a human-surface level outside of him being the amazing artist he is and through these various establishments/ventures from Merchandise to Gaming, you get to be in one space with him on a more mental perspective.

This is though what the tape gives for me personally as it entails more of unity above everything and if you take time to listen to the lyrics for 'Born To Win' and 'Extravagant' he is very expressive over how he prioritises loyalty and brotherhood throughout the singles and how he takes care of his loved ones but they must know that the door is open if they freely want to leave. Now you get to understand where his perspective on life and relationships is at and I can assure you he is one artist that is very strong on relationships with those he is close to.

Just as one thought that was it then midnight hit and we received also visuals for 'Extravagant' with new kid on the block 'Case-Klowzed' and all I can say is that the video reflects 'Sophistication' at it's best as well and I love the fact he encourages chasing after your dreams as the video gives a bit of 'BTS' vibes as you see 'Nasty C' in his element from walks on the beach with his 'Lover' to family time with his 'Older brother' and close friends.

I would like to congratulate Nasty C on this stunning body of work as it continues to get playlisted and shown love by his amazing fans from around the world. May he continue to conquer the world with his fearless and brave moves.
