Rapper and Songwriter, Milkiee decided to drop a fire 12 track project this past Friday titled 'Close Friends' of which features a couple of industry favourites from the likes of 'Ex Global' to 'Priddy Ugly'. In this project, Milkiee takes us on a journey of various love segments from actual 'Heartbreak' to her 'Sexual Desires'. We get to hear her full rap skills as she took the spotlight in every song from start to end.
The talented artist really put in her all as she uses the tape to diarise her thoughts and story as she has been through the most in life and this becomes the best place to learn more about her story. My favourite single from the LP is 'Dear Me' as she speaks to herself and expresses how she is feeling and this makes the best song to listen to when you are going through the most as you get the opportunity to learn more about her life but as well as finding light in every dark moment.
She definitely invested in the production side of the project as I was appalled by her songwriting skills as well as her transition from singing to rapping and back. She knows how to tell her story in a very creative manner.
