@reece_youngking's 2017 Album, 'From Me To You & Only You' Is The Longest Charting SA Hip-Hop Album On @AppleMusic

Dropped on the anniversary of his hit debut album 'Paradise', 'From Me To You & Only You' (2017) sees the young esteemed Pretorian rapper A-Reece charting a path as an independent artist.

Confidently showcasing a perceptive wordsmith with his finger firmly on Mzansi’s urban pulse, the result is a fresh take on modern, socially conscious South African hip-hop. Tipping his hat to the rappers who inspired him on album opener "The Promised Land"— and laying down the moody, cynical “Feelings”, which saw the former Wrecking Crew collaborator team up with musical artist and producer FLVME — this was the sound of a rap mogul in the making! Brazen rap brimming with witty bars and dope beats.

Five years since the release of 'From Me To You & Only You' (my personal favourite body of work from his catalog), A-Reece continues to make history and bully the South African music charts on Apple Music! As seen from A-Reece's fan page Reece Centre on Twitter, the page announced the news that A-Reece's 2017 album is the longest charting South African hip-hop album, with over 250 weeks on Apple Music's Hip Hop charts. While it sits comfortably on over 4 million streams on Spotify.

Congrats are in order to PTA star, A-Reece.
