Rapper and Producer, Tasha Hendrixx will finally be dropping her third body of work titled, 'Black Or White'. I first discovered the 'hardcore bar' artist today through a post that both Blaklez and PdotO made on their Instagram stories. I then gave her last drop a listen titled, 'No Offence' and to be quite honest I love her sound. She takes us on an adventure based in the 90s era as her sound reminds me of the infamous 'Wu Tang Clan' and 'Papoose' as well as '2Pac' and 'Eve'. Her rapping style takes me back to when the likes of Missy Elliot' and 'Ciara' were hot on the block with their releases by the day. You barely find an artist that has a very relative storyline to their personal life.
When I saw that she will be dropping on the 29th of August, I just realised that I need to write about it as she is here to kill the game and I best believe that this project will be one for the books.
