Former Raw X Studio label mates and frequent collaborators Tommy FLO and PlugMajik return with a full length album titled “Summer Slam '22” filled with unorthodox, braggadocious raps over premium trap curated by Ricco Luty.
PlugMajik and Tommy FLO return to the kitchen in the middle of winter with a project aptly titled Summerslam in time for Spring season in the Southern hemisphere.
Summerslam was preceded by two singles titled Come Correct and Local Movie Star with the latter being accompanied by a music video directed by Keith Benza. The album consists of two main themes: Getting money and staying true to self. The pair called the project Summerslam to emphasize the high-level tag team style raps they showcase to listeners. PlugMajik & Tommy FLO seamlessly alternate languages between English-Tswana and English-Tsonga in a showcase that is unique only to them respectively. and has become a signature flow.
The project is produced by artist and producer extraordinaire, Ricco Luty who amongst others has produced for artists such as J Molley, Kash CPT, Maggz and pH.
