Representing East London is Singer and Songwriter, Yamke in her recent single titled, 'Awndicingeli'. The talented musician makes her debut in the music space with this soulful single. In this single she breaks down a lover that does not think of her when they make certain decisions. For me the single practically speaks on how you can be in a relationship with someone that is highly self centred and selfish in everything they do and from my understanding a relationship is about 'Unity' and 'Team work'. Sometimes we fall for the wrong people and that is what I grasped from listening to the single.
I love how her vocals layered a relaxed mood and yet still managed to speak to me in a very serious tone. The love song is definitely one for the road as you embark on what she has endured in her 'previous relationships' and this could refer to many individuals such as friends as well as family members and possibly lovers. She is definitely going places as her debut single best welcomes her brand and prepares us on what we can potentially expect from the talent.
