'Y-Gen' is one brand that is very diverse within their operations from 'Music' to 'Fashion'. They have constantly put on the Cape Town Hip-Hop Culture scene through their unique ways of expressions using various mediums such as Music Videos and their own Y-Gen Merchandise. The Cape Town leading business keeps breaking various boundaries as they voice out the various  changes their surrounding communities face. The brand aims to educate the youth on an African scale and eventually a Global scale. They have various 'soldiers' that are expanding the brandname such as their founder, Youngsta CPT and various members like 'Mr Heinz CPT'.

This week they are out in JHB by the Hallmark House hotel and we are glad to have been invited to this exclusive event where we got to see their new winter range before it comes out. They also gave us access to purchasing the product ahead of the general consumers market. The products are amazing high quality items from their 'Snapback caps' to their unique 'T-shirts' and 'Bomber Jackets' as well as their 'Tracksuit Combo'. These items are of comfort and will ignite a high level of confidence whether you be leaving the house to go to the stores or meeting up with a couple of friends. The items are very unique looking items with an exclusive touch to them. They are also highly affordable making the products very inclusive of the fashion market.

This release follows a variety of themes as we see part one of the envisioned theme. The Y-Gen Apparel team wants to take you on a journey these next coming months and with this drop, it represents the side of the 'Bloods' of which stand by the colour green. You might be familiar with this group as they are the opposing gang of the 'Crips' of which was the gang that YoungstaCPT's favourite rapper was in. I am talking about the one and only 'Nipsey Hussle'. This collection is the must have as the colours coordinate with one another from 'Black with Red to 'White and Red'.

The collection will be available at their 'On The Blocc' store in Cape Town as well as selected 'Street Fever' stores nationwide.
